Delel Chaabouni is the Chief Information Officer for the Middle East and North Africa region at PepsiCo. In her role, she is leads the company’s digital transformation agenda across the region. 

With two decades of experience behind her, Delel has successfully delivered turnaround strategies in major international business transformation, IT implementation, and digital programs. Her previous experience includes working with global names such as Hewlett Packard and KPMG.

Prior to joining PepsiCo in 2011, Delel held several senior-level positions at Dubai World Trade Center, including CRM Director and Director – Projects. During her time there, Delel established and led the CRM and Digital Strategy Unit for the Exhibitions Department.

Beyond her passion for technology and innovation-driven transformation, Delel is a keen executive coach. She holds an ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation, is ORSC-trained in team and relationship coaching, and is also a HOGAN certified coach. Delel puts her skills to use with her PepsiCo colleagues, as well as using her spare time to coach people outside of the company to help them identify their potential and achieve high performance results.


Delel holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Karlsruhe in Germany, as well as an MBA from Germany’s Exportakademie Reutlingen. She is fluent in six languages.
